  1. Breeder guarantees that puppy has had proper care to date of release to buyer. Puppy has received first shots and de-worming. Shot records will be furnished at time of purchase. Breeder is not responsible if puppy contracts a communicable disease after leaving breeder's possession.

  2. Breeder guarantees puppy against any congenital defect until one year of age. Due to all the genetic and environmental factors involved, we cannot guarantee that your puppy will be without hereditary defects. We have done our best to avoid passing on any undesirable trait by having both parents health tested and free of undesirable genetic characteristics. If the puppy should develop any hereditary conditions before the puppy's first birthday, we will either replace the puppy of equal value at the breeders convenience or buyer will keep the puppy and breeder will refund half the purchase price. The puppy must have testing done by your veterinarian to confirm a diagnosis.

  3. Again although we have done our best to breed for color, size and temperament, Breeder cannot guarantee color, size, championship ability, or temperament, and is not responsible for any vet or training expenses after the puppy has left our premises.

To be covered by this guarantee, the following conditions need to apply:

  1. Puppy must be owned by original owner named in this agreement.

  2. We hope that you will enjoy your puppy for years to come. We have taken steps to ensure that your new puppy is healthy by feeding it a premium food throughout his or her life.  We highly recommend a high quality food. It is very important that your Golden be kept on a proper diet. Buyer’s puppy has been raised on a high quality food and it is provided at pick up to each new owner.   Please note: providing a higher nutritious valued food helps provide proper growth. Buyer acknowledges and affirms that Breeder has recommended, for the benefit of the puppy, certain brands of product/s; however the use of this product/s is merely a recommendation from Breeder, not a guarantee of their effectiveness or efficiency.

This guarantee is non-transferable. The puppy must be in good physical condition. No replacement will be given if dog has been bred. A licensed veterinarian must do laboratory verifications; the breeder is not responsible for veterinarian expenses incurred on puppy after he/she has left our care.
